For the 10th consecutive year, the CSL Group is presenting the company's progress and ongoing initiatives on environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues in its 2022 sustainability report.

The report outlines the concrete actions undertaken or completed by the company last year in terms of decarbonization, marine pollution prevention, employee well-being, community involvement and corporate governance. A few of the environmental highlights include:
A full page is devoted to the environmental performance of CSL International and Canada Steamship Lines within the Green Marine certification program, with a graph showing the continuous improvement of both entities since 2018.
The report again this year charts CSL's progress towards its goals of zero injury/damage to people, planet and property, and its alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
