Shaping sustainable global trade with Pacific Merchant Shipping Association

Pacific Merchant Shipping Association (PMSA) is an independent, not-for-profit shipping association focusing on international trade issues. Its members are engaged in trade primarily between Asia and the U.S. West Coast, as well as with Europe, the Mediterranean and South America. With offices in Oakland, Long Beach, and Seattle, PMSA represents marine terminal owners and operators, and U.S. and foreign vessels operating worldwide. On behalf of its members, PMSA is actively involved in community affairs. It also participates in legislative and regulatory processes in California and Washington State. PMSA provides its members with valuable information services, such as regular updates on shipping industry developments.
