Richardson International joins Green Marine environmental program

Richardson International is Canada’s largest privately owned agribusiness and has served farmers across the country for more than 150 years. Based in Winnipeg, Richardson has more than 1,600 employees throughout Canada and is a worldwide handler and merchandiser of all major Canadian-grown grains and oilseeds. The company’s port facility in Hamilton, Ont. – the most recent addition to the Richardson International terminal network – was completed in 1998 and soon after expanded to meet the increasing challenges and opportunities inherent in a rapidly evolving marketplace. The Hamilton terminal is a favoured link for Ontario wheat, corn and soybeans, providing excellent access to both Atlantic and U.S. markets.
