Since its first truck delivery in 2015, Orange EV has deployed more than 1,600 trucks across 40 U.S. states and four Canadian provinces. Cumulatively, these vehicles have logged nearly 27 million miles (43 million kilometres), eliminating approximately 200,000 tons of CO₂ emissions, and delivering more than $100 million in fuel and maintenance savings to trucking fleets when compared to diesel alternatives.
The Orange EV fleet averages 97% uptime, thanks to robust design and its original LFP (lithium iron phosphate) battery packs, with several trucks surpassing 30,000 hours of service. The company’s flagship e-TRIEVER model has set a new benchmark for reliability and cost savings, helping companies to accelerate their transition to electrification with Orange EV’s turnkey solution (trucks, chargers and service).
With more than 340 fleets relying on Orange EV solutions, it continues to advance sustainable freight transportation and logistics throughout North America, helping the industry to achieve lasting improvements in fleet efficiency, resilience and environmental impact.
