Norda Stelo has taken a major step forward with the acquisition of CWA Engineers, a Vancouver-based engineering company. This strategic alliance merges Norda Stelo's strengths in automation, infrastructure design and liquid and gas management with CWA's expertise in bulk materials handling.
The acquisition will exploit synergies between Norda Stelo's ESG skills and CWA's experience in engineering solutions for terminals and transport logistics. This collaboration aims to strengthen the value chain, from resource extraction to domestic and global distribution.
“Drawing from our complementary services, we are poised to become the global leader in smart “site-to-port” operations, tending to the ports and terminals sector, as well as in the mining, rail, construction aggregates, and wood product industries,” said Alex Brisson, President and CEO of Norda Stelo. “With CWA, we have an opportunity to enhance our service offering to long-term client partnerships from both companies and to expand our reach with significant projects nationally and in foreign markets, focusing on the USA and beyond.”
This strategic acquisition ensures the company's continuity and sets the stage for future growth.
