New sustainable lubricant solutions introduced by Envirolin Canada

Envirolin Canada expands its range of sustainable solutions with the launch of a high-performance synthetic hydraulic fluid and four new biodegradable greases, including one specifically designed for maritime environments.

With greater operating pressures and stricter mechanical tolerances, the need for high-quality lubricants for evolving hydraulic systems has never been greater. The new ENVIROLIN EAL HEPR 37 hydraulic fluid stands out for its fully synthetic composition, rapid biodegradability, and low environmental impact. It meets the VDMA 24568 standard (non-water-soluble synthetic EAL fluids) and complies with the ISO 15380 HEPR classification. The premium hydraulic fluid ensures immediate pumpability, even in extreme cold, optimizing the efficiency of maritime and port operations.

Among the newly introduced greases, Envirolin Biogrease-MAX EP 2 excels in resistance to sea water and UV exposure. Composed of 84% bio-based materials, it provides enhanced protection against rust and corrosion, delivering superior performance in the most demanding of maritime environments.
