New appointment bolsters Targray’s sustainable leadership strengths

Targray is increasing is focus on sustainable goods and energy with its appointment of Erik Rietkerk as the global head of Agricommodities and co-head of Biofuels and Feedstock. 

Based in Geneva, Mr. Rietkerk will contribute significantly to Targray's European biofuels and feedstock businesses, as well as global agricommodities. He will also oversee Targray's Solar division, providing strategic guidance to drive its development and growth. 

With more 30 years of experience in commodity trading, Mr. Rietkerk has held leadership positions across various industries, including oil trading, agribusiness, and renewable energies. As the previous CEO at Argent Energy, a European waste-based biodiesel producer, he led transformative initiatives.
