Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure recognizes ECOncrete’s expertise

ECOncrete now figures among the organizations recognized by the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure (ISI), a Green Marine association member, and is listed among ISI’s Envision Qualified Companies. The designation acknowledges ECOncrete’s use of certified sustainability expertise in the company’s nature-inclusive concrete solutions for coastal and offshore infrastructure.

The company’s profile in the ISI Supplier Directory covers seven Envision credit categories. These include areas connected to community benefits, environmental stewardship, and climate resilience. The qualification is underpinned by credentials, including an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) and third-party certification under the Waterfront Edge Design Guidelines (WEDG).

Listing as an Envision Qualified Company reflects the capabilities to support infrastructure projects through the application of the Envision framework, a sustainability rating system for resilient, equitable civil infrastructure. The designation recognizes organizations that maintain internal expertise through credentialed sustainability professionals and apply those sustainability principles throughout project development.

For ECOncrete, that expertise extends to coastal infrastructure projects, where environmental priorities are integrated with engineering objectives.
