Green Marine @ Mari-Tech 2019

The Mari-Tech 2019 conference and exhibition is coming to the Ottawa conference and event centre, Ottawa, on, April 23-25, 2019!

Green Marine will be attending the conference and having a booth in the exhibition hall, come visit us to discuss sustainability in the marine industry!

Mari-Tech was created by the Canadian Institute of Marine Engineering (CIMarE) in 1976 and is the premier event for the marine engineering community in Canada.

Held annually, Mari-Tech is hosted in turn by each of the CIMarE’s seven branches.  Mari-Tech 2019 Conference & Exhibition is a collaboration between the CIMarE’s Ottawa Branch and the Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers Eastern Canada Section (SNAME).

The conference has earned a respected position as a neutral, non-political event devoted to engaging the private sector, government and academia.

This year’s conference theme, FULL SPEED AHEAD: FIRING ON ALL CYLINDERS, challenges marine engineers to look past the status quo and look at new, inventive solutions for the most important issues facing marine engineering in Canada.

The Mari-Tech 2019 will highlight the industry’s hot topics in a series of keynote and technical presentations by distinguished experts from the public and private sector.  New in 2019 – highly practical and interactive panels on innovation, in-service support and education, training and succession planning that will feature inspiration-to-action conversations.
