Fincantieri Bay Shipbuilding is the 3rd Fincantieri shipyard to join the program

Fincantieri Bay Shipbuilding (FBS) has also risen to the challenge of creating bunkering/transportation solutions to meet the need for clean and competitively priced fuel alternatives. FBS is currently building a 5,400-cubic-metre (190,700-cubic-foot) bunker barge for LNG-fueled cruise ships currently being constructed in Europe for Florida-Caribbean itineraries. The bunker barge is the first step in a strategy to establish a complete platform of LNG transport solutions for U.S. customers.

The FBS team of repair professionals is among the industry’s most experienced and carries out hull repairs and painting, electrical, piping and mechanical systems repairs, scrubber installations, as well as engine repairs, inspections and maintenance. FBS also has decades of experience in both small and complex vessel conversions that involve everything from design and engineering to determining vessel dimensions and capacities, as well vessel repurposing or power plant conversions.
