CTTÉI Executive Director recognized for sustainability leadership

Claude Maheux-Picard is among this year’s seven recipients of the Prix PDG Vert (Green CEO Award) in Quebec. She has been recognized in the small non-profit organization category for her work as Executive Director of the Centre de transfert technologique en écologie industrielle (CTTÉI).

The award ceremony held on Earth Day highlighted organizations and leaders whose work is advancing a more sustainable economy. The recipients stood out for turning commitments into measurable results and for integrating environmental, social, and economic considerations at every stage of their organization’s development.

The CTTÉI is recognized for its role as an applied research centre and a leader in the circular economy in Quebec and Canada. Under Maheux-Picard’s leadership, its projects focus on improving residual materials management and supporting organizations in adopting more responsible practices.
