Back to school for Green Marine

The Prince Rupert Port Authority (PRPA) has been working with its local school district to develop a series of lessons related to port activities. The various lessons will fit into the school curriculum for students from kindergarten through Grade 12. The lessons are focusing on four themes with one of them being the environment. An environmental lesson has been developed for the various grade levels. The lesson plan for Grades 4 to 7 is using the Green Marine program as a resource to relate diverse environmental issues associated with port activities.
