Accelleron teams up with METIS to boost digital turbocharger services

Accelleron has formed a strategic partnership with METIS Cyberspace Technology to expand the use of data analytics in improving turbocharger operations and maintenance in a wider range of marine installations and power generation facilities.

METIS specializes in data-capturing hardware and IoT solutions that can easily be deployed on vessels and in facilities, ensuring automated real-time access to critical data. METIS will offer both onboard and cloud-based data infrastructure to Accelleron customers, enabling the data collection essential for Accelleron's suite of Smartly Enabled Service Agreements.

Given that numerous marine and power generation assets were established before modern digital solutions, this partnership will facilitate the establishment of the necessary connectivity for real-time data collection and transmission. This capability serves as a fundamental requirement for Accelleron’s digital solutions, including Tekomar XPERT and Turbo Insight, as well as its service agreements, Turbo MarineCare and Turbo SmartCare.
