A new employee joins Green Marine’s ranks

Early November, the Green Marine team will be welcoming a new employee within its ranks. As Green Marine’s Communications officer, Julie Turmel will play a diverse role in the collaboration of internal and external communications, including the newsletter’s development, website and other social media management, along with member support. She will support the entire team with communication projects and will be directly involved in GreenTech’s logistics.

Julie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Communications from the Université Laval à Québec. Before joining Green Marine, she notably worked as a communications officer at the Port of Quebec, where she acquired her experience in the maritime world. Interested in the vast realm of the environment, Julie has been involved in the development and implementation of various communication plans related to sustainable development and looks forward to further this component with Green Marine.
