A first port in Alabama joins Green Marine

The Alabama State Port Authority is a full-service seaport located in Mobile, Alabama, and ranked as the ninth largest in the United States in terms of tonnage. It is a major breakbulk forest products port, a major export coal port and the second largest steel port in the United States. The port has excellent transportation connections, including two Interstate Highways and 5 Class I railroads serving the port.
