Green Marine welcomes a new ship owner based in Halifax. Horizon Maritime brings a fresh perspective to traditional marine service offerings, providing its customers and collaborative partners with innovative and flexible marine solutions. The company serves and supports various sectors, including offshore oil and gas drilling projects, sub-sea construction, seismic work, marine renewables, coastal and deep-sea vessels, the fishing industry, ports and others requiring logistical work – all on a global basis. Services include vessel operations and management, seafarer recruitment and placement, payroll and benefits administration, marine project management and staffing, and marine and offshore logistics. Horizon Maritime owns, operates and manages vessels. Its newest acquisition is the Horizon Star, a sub-sea intervention and offshore field support vessel.
