Informative webinar about large engine replacement projects

The U.S. Environmental protection Agency (EPA)’s Midwest Clean Diesel Initiative is holding an informative webinar on Thursday, November 7 at 10:00 am (Central Time) to present information and insights about large engine replacement projects.

Organized in collaboration with Environmental Defense Fund (EDF), the webinar will focus primarily on locomotive and commercial marine engine replacement projects.  You will learn what Diesel Technology Forum found when they partnered with EDF to study the environmental, financial, and community benefits of replacing large diesel engines on an accelerated schedule.  In addition, Diesel Technology Forum will provide insight into observed fleet actions across the country compared to EPA’s emissions models.

The information and recommendations that Diesel Technology Forum and Environmental Defense Fund have gained are beneficial to fleets, communities, governments, and clean diesel partners.
